📦 Shipping & Returns

📍 Where do you ship?
We ship orders throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania via Packeta. 

Germany and Poland we ship via PPL - 12EUR.

International shipping is available upon request.

🚚 Which shipping carrier do you use?
We work with trusted carriers such as Packeta (Zásilkovna) or PPL.

💰 What are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination. You will see the exact amount at checkout.

🏠 I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bowgo.cz. If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address.

🔄 Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition. See our terms and conditions for more details.

📦 My package is lost or was stolen, what should I do?
If you suspect your package is lost, contact us at info@bowgo.cz and we’ll try to resolve the issue with the carrier.

📏 Sizes & Products

🛍 What sizes do you offer?
We offer three scrunchie sizes:

  • Mini (Small) – 4 cm of fabric, ideal for fine hair and small braids.

  • Classic (Regular) – 10 cm of fabric, suitable for all hair types.

  • XL (Extra Large) – 15 cm of fabric, great for a voluminous look and thick hair.
    All scrunchies have an internal elastic of approx. 20 cm.

🧼 Product Care

💖 How should I care for my scrunchies?
To keep your scrunchie in great condition:

  • Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap.

  • Do not wring it out – gently squeeze out the water instead.

  • Let it air dry on a flat surface.

🎀 How do I care for headbands?
We recommend hand-washing headbands.
Do not iron or tumble dry.
